House of Abiani ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
Order Dispatch
House of Abiani orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
Order tracking
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
Order Delivery
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control, and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

Shipping within India:
House of Abiani offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders within India.
Packaging
We ship our products in corrugated boxes which thickness apt enough for it to be delivered worldwide with the products intact.
The jewelry inside is wrapped in plastic pouches which makes sure that the jewelry is safe from any direct contact from liquid, chemicals or gases which the package may come in contact during its transit. It is then covered with bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.
We recommend you store the jewelry in the same pouches or similar pouches to ensure longevity and look of the jewelry.
Shipping
Product will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Shiprocket to ensure we deliver you your jewelry securely on-time.

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.
