House of Abiani delivers to all pin codes across India. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered safely to your doorstep — on time, every time.
Order Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
In the rare case of any delays, we will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Tracking URL and AWB number. Simply click the tracking link to follow your order in real time, right up to your doorstep.
Order Delivery
Our logistics partners typically deliver within 3–5 working days for metro cities and 5–7 working days for non-metro cities, calculated from the date of dispatch. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or operational disruptions, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to track your order using the details sent to your registered email ID.
Important — Mobile Number Requirement
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for package delivery, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Please ensure your registered mobile number is active and reachable at the time of delivery.
Please note that failure to receive or enter the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control. If the package is returned to our warehouse as a result, additional reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping within India:
House of Abiani offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping and cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable.
Packaging
At House of Abiani, we take packaging seriously because we know your jewelry deserves to arrive just as beautiful as it left us.
Your order is shipped in a sturdy corrugated box, strong enough to protect its contents throughout transit. Inside, each piece of jewelry is carefully placed in a plastic pouch to shield it from any contact with liquids, chemicals, or gases it may encounter along the way. The pouch is then wrapped in bubble wrap for an extra layer of protection, ensuring your order reaches you safely and intact.
A little tip to keep your jewelry looking its best: We recommend storing your jewelry in the same pouch it arrives in, or a similar airtight pouch, to preserve its finish, shine, and longevity.

Tampered Package
If you suspect that your package has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, you have the right to reject it at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer support immediately so we can assist you promptly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
