Not quite what you expected? Changed your mind after receiving your order? That's completely okay.

At House of Abiani, we understand that fashion is personal. Sometimes a piece looks different in person, or you simply have a change of heart — and we respect that. We value your money and never want you to be stuck with something you won't use or love.

That's why we offer a simple, hassle-free 3-step return process. Upon a successful return, a coupon code equivalent to the returned product's value will be issued for use on your next purchase.

Step 1 — Inform

Email us at support@houseofabiani.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:

  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • Clear images of the product

Once we review your request, we will send you a confirmation with return approval and next steps.

Step 2 — Return

Upon receiving our approval, ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days, ensuring:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging is intact
  • The item is packed securely to avoid damage in transit

Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us once shipped. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

We will be unable to process the refund coupon if the product is damaged or returned without its original packaging.

Step 3 — Refund

Once we receive your returned package, we will acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours. After a thorough quality check, your refund coupon code will be calculated and issued as per our Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

Every order is typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 hours of placement. You may request a cancellation only before your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

COD Orders We will call you for order confirmation before dispatching your COD order, giving you an opportunity to cancel at that stage if needed.

Prepaid Orders If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, you may choose either of the following refund options:

  • Coupon Code — Full refund value issued as a House of Abiani coupon code for your next purchase
  • Original Payment Mode — Refund returned to your original payment method, subject to a 5% deduction towards payment gateway charges

Please Note Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team at support@houseofabiani.com as early as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

All refunds at House of Abiani are issued exclusively as a coupon code (store credit). No bank transfers or source payment refunds will be provided unless stated otherwise.

  • The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be reused or split across orders
  • The coupon code is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance

pplicable Deductions

Please note the following deductions that may apply when processing your refund:

Non-acceptance of prepaid order (to & fro shipping) ₹250
Online prepaid order placed without confirming a failed transaction 5% payment gateway charges
Free shipping waived off as part of an offer ₹125
Free shipping on orders placed using a refund coupon code (beyond 2 orders) ₹125

The balance amount after applicable deductions will be shared as a refund coupon code via email.

COD Token Amount

  • The token amount paid for a COD order cannot be refunded if the order is not accepted, cancelled, or returned to our warehouse for any reason
  • A standard deduction of ₹250 applies towards the to & fro shipping of the package
  • If the token amount paid exceeds ₹250, the remaining balance will be refunded as a coupon code via email

Coupon Code — Important Conditions

  • A coupon code applied to a new order that is subsequently not accepted or returned will expire and cannot be reused. Please ensure all COD and prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted at delivery
  • A customer who uses a refund coupon code to place an order and then returns it is eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order
  • Free shipping on orders placed with refund coupon codes will have ₹125 deducted if more than 2 orders have been placed using the same refund coupon chain

Failed Payment / Order Not Confirmed

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us before placing a new order at support@houseofabiani.com. We will verify whether your transaction was successfully captured.

Placing a duplicate order before confirming with us will result in a 5% payment gateway deduction from the refund amount.

Return Eligibility

All products purchased on the House of Abiani website are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Product return is requested via email within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is returned to us within 5 days of return approval
  • Product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact

Not Eligible for Return

The following will not be accepted for return or refund:

  • Products that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products not received by us within 5 days of return approval

Non-Returnable Items — What Happens Next?

If a returned product is found ineligible due to damage, use, or missing packaging, it will not be refunded. You may choose either of the following:

  • Have the item shipped back to you at an additional charge of ₹125
  • Collect it in person from our warehouse

Quality Disclaimer

All products at House of Abiani go through multiple levels of quality checks before dispatch. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, please note that if the product meets our quality standards but does not match your personal expectations, a monetary refund will not be applicable. A coupon code refund will be issued as per our standard Return Policy.

Refund Timeline

Your refund coupon code will be processed within 3–5 working days from the date we receive your returned product or confirm your order cancellation. You will receive the coupon code via your registered email ID.

Coupon Code — Usage Conditions

  • A refund coupon code cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code at checkout
  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order
  • Orders placed using a refund coupon code will not be eligible for any additional promotional offers.

Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@houseofabiani.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged item. We will be happy to offer you either:

  • A replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • A refund coupon code for the full amount paid for the product

Received a Damaged Product?

At House of Abiani, every product goes through a rigorous 3-level quality check and is packed with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, rough handling during transit by our courier partners may result in damage. If this happens, here's what to do:

Step 1 — Inform Us Within 48 Hours

Record an unboxing video or take clear photographs of the damaged product that highlight the issue. Email our support team at support@houseofabiani.com within 48 hours of delivery with all necessary proofs attached for a faster resolution.

Our team will respond to your email within 48 hours.

Step 2 — Reverse Pickup

Once our team reviews and approves your return request, we will arrange a free reverse pickup at no extra cost to you. The pickup will be attempted within 24 hours of confirmation.

Please ensure the product is ready and packed at the time of pickup. If the pickup attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

Step 3 — Resolution

Once the reverse pickup is successfully completed, we will offer you one of the following resolutions depending on product availability:

  • A replacement of the same product, dispatched at the earliest
  • A full refund coupon code worth the value of the product, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance

Please note that no monetary refund will be provided in damage or replacement cases.
