Q1. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, delivery timelines may vary.
Q2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!
Q3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location and product availability.
Q4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also send email to info@houseofabiani.com with your order ID for updates.
Q5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on Pre-paid orders.
Q6. Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available in select cities at an additional cost. Please DM us to check availability.
Q7. What if my order is delayed?
We’ll keep you informed in case of any delays. You can always reach out to us for real-time updates.
Q8 Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) Option?
Yes, We offer COD shipping all over India with shipping charge of ₹125.
Q9 What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary.
Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹125 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to and fro' shipping charges of ₹250.
Q10 What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?
Don't worry, It would be either credited to us or back to you.
Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at support@houseofabiani.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.
We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).
Q11 Are there any other hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.
Returns & Cancellations
Q1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please refer the Returns & Cancellations Policy for more details.
Q2. What if my order is wrong or arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video or photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation. Pls refer the Return & Cancellations Policy - Section Damaged Product Received for more details.
Q3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, Every order is generally fulfilled within 2-5 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. Pls refer the Return & Cancellatioons Policy - Cancellation of your order for more details
Q4. How do I request a return or cancellation?
Pls send email to support@houseofabiani.com with the cancellation details within 2 hrs of placing the order.
Q5. Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Q6. How long does it take to process a refund?
