Orders and Shipping

Q1. Do you ship across India?
Yes! House of Abiani ships to all pin codes across India, including major cities, towns, and remote locations. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote areas, but rest assured your order will reach you safely.

Q2. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, House of Abiani ships within India only. We are actively working on expanding our reach globally — international shipping is coming soon, so stay tuned!

Q3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for non-metro cities, from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and product availability.

Q4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Tracking URL and AWB number to follow your order in real time. For any additional updates or assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@houseofabiani.com with your Order ID and we'll be happy to help..

Q5. What are the shipping charges?
House of Abiani offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping and cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable.

Q6. Do you offer express delivery?
Yes! Express delivery is available in select cities at an additional charge. Please reach out to us at support@houseofabiani.com or DM us on Instagram to check availability for your location.

Q7. What if my order is delayed?
In the rare event of a delay, we will proactively notify you via email with an update on your order status. You can also track your order in real time using the tracking link shared at the time of dispatch, or reach out to us at support@houseofabiani.com with your Order ID and we'll look into it right away.

Q8 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all pin codes in India. A shipping and cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable on all COD orders.

Please note that a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for COD delivery, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system.

Q9 What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery 3 times before the package is returned to our warehouse. Our team will also try to contact you regarding the failed delivery attempts.

If your prepaid order is returned undelivered, you may choose either of the following:

  • Reship the order — The package will be reshipped to you at an additional shipping charge of ₹125, to be borne by the customer
  • Cancel the order — A refund coupon code will be issued after deducting ₹250 towards the to & fro shipping charges. The balance amount will be shared via email as a coupon code

Q10 What should I do if my payment was deducted but I did not receive an order confirmation?

Please don't worry — this can happen occasionally due to a temporary payment gateway issue. The amount is either successfully captured by us or automatically reversed to your account.

Here's what to do:

  • Wait for 10 minutes and check your bank account for an automatic reversal
  • If the amount has not been reversed, please email us at support@houseofabiani.com with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Email ID used while placing the order
    • Transaction details (amount, date, and time)

We will investigate and respond to your query at the earliest. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Please Note, Kindly do not place a duplicate order before hearing back from us. If a new order is placed before confirming with our team, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q11 Are there any other hidden charges?

Absolutely not! At House of Abiani, we believe in complete transparency. All applicable charges, including shipping and taxes, are clearly displayed at checkout before you make your payment — no surprises, ever.

Returns & Cancellations

Q1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're sorry if that happens. However, at House of Abiani, we currently accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is incorrect

For all eligible returns, a refund coupon code equivalent to the product value will be issued as per our Return Policy.

Q2. What if my order is wrong or arrives damaged?

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product. Please contact us at support@houseofabiani.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • An unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your Order ID and registered email address

Our support team will review your case promptly and arrange either a replacement or a refund coupon code based on the situation.

Q3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, Every order is generally fulfilled within 2-5 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. Pls refer the Returns & Cancellations Policy -  Cancellation of your order for more details

Q4. How do I request a return or cancellation?

To request a return or cancellation, simply email us at support@houseofabiani.com with the following details:

For Cancellations:

  • Your Order ID
  • Registered name and email address
  • Reason for cancellation

Please note that cancellation requests must be raised within 2 hours of placing your order and before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

For Returns:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs or unboxing video of the product
  • Reason for return

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Our support team will get back to you within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Q5. Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part — such as a wrong or damaged item being delivered — shipping charges will not be deducted and a full refund coupon code will be issued for the product value.
